Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the sale of tickets through this website.

Effective date: 1 November 2025

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale of tickets to events organised by Wee Creators Club (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing a ticket, you enter into a contract with Wee Creators Club and agree to these Terms.

2. Key definitions

  • Ticket — Proof of purchase (electronic or physical) granting the holder entry to the event.
  • Event — The activity, performance or function described on the event page and on the ticket.
  • OrganiserWee Creators Club.

3. Contract formation

Your order is an offer to purchase ticket(s). A contract is formed once we send you an email confirming your order. This email will include your order summary, any applicable fees, delivery method and a link to these Terms.

4. Price, fees and payment

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. The total amount payable will be shown at checkout and again in your order confirmation.

Additional booking or platform fees (if any) will be clearly disclosed before purchase.

Payment is taken at the time you place your order through our payment processor.

5. Delivery of tickets

E-tickets will be emailed to the address provided at checkout. If physical tickets are offered, delivery information will be stated on the event page.

6. Cancellations & refunds

6.1 No statutory cooling-off period for dated events

Under UK consumer law, the usual 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to leisure services scheduled for a specific date. This means tickets are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise in these Terms.

6.2 If you request a refund

If you wish to request a refund, please email hello@weecreators.co.uk with your order reference, name and reason for the request. Refunds are not guaranteed and are at our discretion unless Section 6.3 applies.

6.3 If we cancel or significantly change the event

If we cancel the event, you will receive a full refund of the ticket price and any booking fees.

If the event is rescheduled or moved to a significantly different venue, we will notify you and offer a refund if you cannot attend the new arrangements.

6.4 How refunds are issued

Approved refunds will normally be made to the original payment method. Timescales vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Entry conditions, safety and conduct

Entry is subject to any age restrictions stated on the event page and to the venue’s safety and capacity requirements.

We may refuse admission or ask individuals to leave if their behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or breaches these Terms. Tickets will not be refunded in such cases.

8. Ticket transfer & resale

Tickets may be transferred to another attendee unless the event page states otherwise.

Reselling tickets for more than face value is not permitted.

9. Liability

Our liability for any loss relating to your ticket purchase is limited to the ticket price paid, except where the law does not allow such limitations (including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).

We are not responsible for:

  • personal property lost or damaged at the event,
  • travel costs or other expenses incurred in attending the event,
  • circumstances outside our reasonable control.

10. Your legal rights

These Terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights.

11. Data protection & privacy

We process your personal data to manage your order and deliver tickets. Our Privacy Policy explains how your data is used.

12. Communications

Important information about your order or the event will be sent by email. Please ensure your email address is correct and check spam/junk folders.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The version that applies to your purchase is the version referenced in your order confirmation.
